JQuery JQuery is a JavaScript library that you can add to a site in order to make it work in much slicker way. It is really easy to add features and you do not need to be an expert web developer to use it. The most basic part of the library is really the starting point and has been used to build many hundreds of plugins. This is where the power lies! If you have seen good looking galleries, a slick animation of website content and navigation, chances are that you have been looking at a site using JQurey. Converting an existing site need not be a hassle, in fact to change a clunky HTML based gallery over to a slick JQuery one may take as little time as 30mins. You will need SOME knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, but you don't need too much. A bit of self taught knowledge, maybe gained from tinkering with something like a Wordpress template should be enough! Best of all it is free to use as are the plugins!
